LEC staff served as the project manager on the audits of the financial statements of the Centers for Disease Control for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2000 and 2001. The audits were conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and the GAO's Government Auditing Standards. Audits included evaluation of internal control structure and assessment of compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
