Lani Eko & Company, CPAs, PLLC is engaged to perform the audit of U.S. Department of Health & Human Services – Service & Supply Fund (SSF) consolidated Balance Sheet as of September 30, 2008, and an analysis of Retained Earnings as of September 30, 2008; and an audit of the Consolidated Balance Sheet as of September 30, 2009, and related Statements of Net Cost, Changes in Net Position; and analysis of Retained Earnings as of September 30, 2009. The audits will be conducted in accordance with the following audit standards and guidance: Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States (yellow book); GAO/PCIE Financial Audit Manual, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Bulletin 07-04, Audit Requirements for Federal Financial Statements.
